MCA approved MNTB Tanker Firefighting program.
Valid UK ENG1 medical cert, for cadet trainees, ratings and candidates without UK Cert. Of Competency (CoC).
Course Content
This MCA Approved course, Tanker Familiarisation, meets the requirements of STCW in respect of basic tanker safety and operations training for all types of tank ships.

•Hazards of Petroleum, Chemical and Liquefied Gas Cargoes
•Risk assessment
•Risk control strategies
•Safe entry into confined spaces
